Everything Else You Might Ask.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. You pay for a month, and if you would rather not pay for another one, you don't. There is no minimum term, no notice period and no penalty for leaving — we will cancel the subscription and export your data whenever you ask.
We would rather earn next month than hold you to another eleven.
What happens if we cancel?
We export everything you put in — contacts, deals, listings, content — and hand it over, at no cost. Your website comes down at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your domain stays yours, because it always was.
Formally you have thirty days after the subscription ends to ask for the export; in practice, just ask.
Do we own our website?
You own everything you put into it: your brand, your photography, your words, your listings and all of your customer data. What we keep is the platform underneath — the code, the design system and the tooling every YachtOne site runs on.
That is the arrangement that lets us keep fixing and improving your site for as long as you are with us, rather than handing over a folder of files that starts ageing the day it is delivered.
Does “no build cost” mean there is a setup fee later?
There is no setup fee, no deposit and nothing that turns up on a later invoice. Your first month covers the entire build — design, development, inventory setup and launch — and then it is the same monthly price in month sixty as it was in month one.
Can we start on one plan and move up later?
Yes, and plenty do. Move from Website to Website + CRM, or up to the Full Platform, whenever it makes sense — the site you already have carries straight over, with nothing rebuilt. Add-ons work the same way: switch them on when you want them.
We already have a website. Can we still use the add-ons?
Yes. The AI Chat Concierge, Behavioural Analytics, the Voice Concierge and the Social Agents all drop into the website you already have. No rebuild, no migration, $150 a month each.
Are there limits on the AI add-ons?
Each comes with a monthly allowance. The Voice Concierge includes 750 minutes of calls, with top-up packs if you go past it — 250 minutes for $50, 500 for $100 or 1,000 for $200.
The Chat Concierge covers roughly 150 to 250 conversations, which is an average across our current clients rather than a hard line, since a few long, detailed chats weigh more than a lot of quick ones.
If you are consistently busier than that we will sort it out with you, and you would hear from us well before it became a surprise on a bill.
