Questions

Everything Else You Might Ask.

Do we approve posts before they go out?

No — and that is the point of it. A boat gets listed, reduced or written about, and the post goes out: the photos, the details, the price, your broker's contact and a link back to your site.

Nobody has to remember, nobody has to approve, and nothing sits in a queue waiting for someone to get back from a boat show. An agent that needed signing off would just be another to-do list, and the whole reason brokerage social media goes quiet is that everybody already has one of those.

What happens when a boat sells or the price changes?

The marketplace listings look after themselves. The price follows your feed, so a reduction updates without anyone touching it, and when the boat sells the listing comes down. You are not left fielding calls in June about a boat you sold in March.

Can each broker post under their own account?

On the marketplace side, yes — brokers can post to their own accounts rather than everything coming from one, which is how most multi-broker brokerages want it.

All Automatic

Your agents post it everywhere and keep it current. Every listing works harder, reaches further, and links back to you — while your brokers do nothing but sell.
